It seems that the appellant is no more interested in pursuing the matter. This Court is left with no other option, but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.

Accordingly the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Liberty is reserved to the appellant to make an application for restoration of the present appeal as and when complete record of the case is available with him.

Respondent-Insurance Company is directed to disburse the current scheduled fees to Mr. Vipul, Advocate appearing for Mr. Paul S. Saini, Advocate, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.
