**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and now 02.02.2022 is the date fixed for recording statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C.

On 16.11.2021, it was directed that the prosecution shall make every endeavour to complete the prosecution evidence either on the date fixed or soon thereafter. Since the prosecution evidence has already been completed, therefore, the trial Court shall make every endeavour to conclude the trial at the earliest.

Petition stands disposed of.
