RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for an inquiry into issuance of production warrant of the petitioner.

Learned State counsel, referring to reply contends that instant petition has rendered infructuous inasmuch as all the warrants issued against the petitioner have been withdrawn and proceedings in the FIR case stand concluded.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
