(Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 06.03.2019 vide which the respondent/husband was directed to clear the arrears of maintenance within a period of 15 days. Admittedly, the said petition stands disposed of vide order dated 13.03.2020 observing that the contempt petition is pending. Reply by way of affidavit of the respondent is on record and as per the reply, the petitioner has already availed the alternative remedy of filing an execution under Section 128 Cr.P.C. and the same is pending.
