JUSTICE SANDEEP MOUDGIL Present: Mr. GBS Dhillon, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Rajiv Verma, DAG, Punjab --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in GD No.26 dated 18.6.2022 under Sections 307, 148 and 149 IPC and Sections 25, 27, 54 of Arms Act, 1959 registered in FIR No.93 dated 18.6.2022, under Sections 302, 307, 120-B, 34 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Chattiwind, District Amritsar Rural. 2.
This Court vide order dated 24.5.2024, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 24.5.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
