HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for setting-aside/quashing the impugned speaking order dated 24.01.2026 (Annexure P-7) as well as the order dated 19.05.2021 (Annexure P-1) whereby the petitioner was placed under suspension and the charge-sheet dated 04.10.2021 (Annexure P-2). Further a writ of mandamus has been sought, directing the respondent to grant all the consequential benefits to the petitioner and treat the suspension period as duty period and to pay all necessary financial benefits including pay and allowances and further direct the respondents to release all the consequential financial benefits with interest @ 18% per annum from the date of its accrual till its realization. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars.
