In such circumstances, at this stage, when Respondent No.2 has failed to appear or contest the proceedings, the present Petition is disposed off with a direction that the interim bail granted to the Petitioner by the Ld. Trial Court shall be confirmed by the Ld. Trial Court on the next date fixed in the case.
