Petitioner has approached this Court alleging violation of direction dated 29.11.2024, Annexure P-1, passed by the Writ Court in CWP-195292020. 2.

Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the respondents. 3.

Mr. Kanav Singla, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, has placed on record a copy of the office order No.Establishment-9(3)/Punjab/2025/1835, dated 02.04.2025, to submit that both the petitioners have been granted 10 marks for experience by the Directorate, Health Services (Family Welfare), Department of Health & Family Welfare, Punjab, Chandigarh. He has categoric instructions to state that despite grant of 10 marks for experience, petitioners do not fall in the merit.

As order, Annexure P-1, has been complied with, no contempt is made out.
