Learned counsel for the appellants contends that he is unable to find out the correct address of the respondents. Therefore, at this stage, he wishes to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to move an application as and when he is able to find out correct addresses of respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 4.

The present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
