***** HARI PAL VERMA, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 CrPC is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.28 dated 31.01.2019 under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, Police Station Jandiala Guru, Amritsar Rural.

Vide order dated 28.05.2019, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and the parties were directed to appear before the mediator.

Pursuant to order dated 28.05.2019, report dated 17.07.2019 of the mediator has been received, whereby it is reported the matter has been settled between the parties by way of settlement/compromise deed dated ASHWANI KUMAR 2019.10.04 19:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Criminal Misc. No. M-24582 of 2019 -217.07.2019, which is annexed along with. The settlement/compromise deed is taken on record.

In view of above, since the matter has been compromised between the parties, the order dated 28.05.2019 is made absolute. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner is required in the present FIR in any manner, a clear 15 days notice be given to him. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
