(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. He has, however, made a request that requisite directions be issued for conducting of the trial expeditiously as also for submission of the requisite DNA report by the prosecution.

The main petition is directed to be dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within four months from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order. The State is also directed to expeditiously obtain the DNA report in question and produce the same before the concerned Court in accordance with law.
