Despite the case having been called twice, the petitioner has gone unrepresented.

Perusal of file shows that on the previous date also i.e. on 08.05.2019, none came forward to represent the petitioner. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that petitioner or his counsel is no more interested in pursuing the instant revision.

The instant revision is dismissed on following two counts:- (i) for want of prosecution; and (ii) as having been rendered infructuous, in view of averments made in the reply filed by State.
