The present civil writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent-authorities to take suitable, prompt legal as well as departmental action against respondents No.6 & 7 inter alia by deciding the representations dated 13.02.2026 & 19.03.2026 (Annexures P-11 & P-12, respectively) given to respondents No.2 & 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to invoke alternative appropriate remedy, available to him, for the redressal of grievances raised in the present petition, in accordance with law.
