(ORAL) Though the petitioner has been attributed a specific role in the FIR, however, considering the fact that the complainants are stated to have compromised the matter with him and his co-accused, in respect of which affidavits of four persons, i.e., the complainant-Rajesh @ Amit, Shakti, Pawan and Anil, are annexed with the petition, of whom the complainant and Anil are stated to be the injured, hence, with the challan also stated to have not been presented so far, and the petitioner stated to be a Government servant, I consider it appropriate to admit him to bail, upon his furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Jhajjar.
