(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for seeking direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to take action on the complaints submitted by the petitioner (P-3 to P-6) against respondents No.4 and 5 and also to ensure protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner, as he apprehends serious danger to his life at their hands.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh, is directed to look into grievances unfolded by the petitioner in his complaints (Annexures P-3 to P-6), in a time-bound manner.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh, to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in his complaints (Annexures P-3 to P-6) and do the needful.
