(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer that the petitioners were punished by the respondents vide orders dated 10.12.2019 and 20.12.2019 Annexures P/3 and P/4 respectively against which, the petitioners have filed appeals before the Appellate Authority vide appeals dated 19.11.2019 and 21.11.2019 Annexures P/7 and P/9 respectively. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondents are not taking any decision on the appeals filed by the petitioners, which is causing prejudice to the petitioners and, therefore, an appropriate direction be issued to respondent No.2 to decide the appeals preferred by the petitioners i.e. Annexures P/7 and P/9 expeditiously. Notice of motion.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that an appropriate order, on the appeals filed by the petitioners Annexures P/7 and P/9 will be passed within a period of three months from today, in case, the same have not already been decided by the authorities.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, grievance of the petitioners stands redressed and he does not press the present writ petition any further and the same may be disposed of as such. Disposed of as having been not pressed.
It is made clear that the respondents will be bound by their statement recorded above.
