Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 134 dated 30.08.2018, registered under Section(s) 22/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Sadar Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner was earlier admitted to bail and had been regularly appearing before the learned trial Court to face trial except on 21.05.2019, when he failed to appear because of some misunderstanding about the date of appearance and his bail was cancelled. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner is ready to surrender before the learned trial Court and will furnish fresh bail bonds and assure that he will regularly appear before the learned trial Judge. Notice of motion.

In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions that in case petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Judge within a period of one week from today and moves an application for admitting him to regular bail, the learned trial Court shall admit him on bail subject to his furnishing fresh bail bonds and surety bonds to its satisfaction.
