Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Ropar, District Ropar, is directed to look into representation dated 13.11.2018 (Annexure P-4) moved by the petitioner, in a timebound manner.
