 Prayer in this petition is quashing of FIR No. 157 dated 08.06.2010 under Sections 307, 452, 324, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC, (later on added Section 326/120B IPC) registered at Police Station Nakodar, District Jalandhar and challan dated 14.05.2019 (P5), along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that instead of pressing the main petition he confines his prayer only to limited extent to give direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial. Prayer seems to be justified and accepted.

In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with directions to learned trial Court to expedite the trial, if there is no legal impediment.
