Vide order dated 03.09.2020, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 03.09.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3.
This fact is not refuted by learned counsel appearing for the State.

Learned counsel appearing for the complainant has strenuously opposed the bail.

The order dated 03.09.2020, is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the order dated 19.04.2022 shall be complied with within 10 working days from today.
