Counsel for the petitioner states that a complaint filed by him was disposed of by Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HARERA), Gurugram, on 10.01.2025, Annexure P-1, and some directions were passed. He states that order has become final and petitioner filed an execution application bearing No.2940/2025, which is still pending. He has made a reference to interim orders passed by Executing Court and states that proceedings are being adjourned due to administrative exigencies and order, Annexure P-1, is not being executed.

Issue notice of motion restricted to respondents No.1 to 3 only. 3.

On asking of the Court, State Counsel, accepts notice on their behalf.
