The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting the notices dated 15.09.2025 (Annexure P-4) and 22.09.2025 (Annexure P-5) issued under Sections 24(1) and 24(2) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 alongwith the consequent proceedings being wrong, illegal and against the provisions of law.

Mr. Saurabh Mago, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3/State. Mr. Sandeep Siwach, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.4-Gram Panchayat.

Learned counsel for respondent No.4-Gram Panchayat, on instructions, states that they would be withdrawing the notices (Annexures P-4 and P-5) and would be availing their remedies as available in law. 5.
