"# "- Through this petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.60 dated 05.06.2019, under Section 302 IPC, registered at Police Station City Jalalabad, District Fazilka. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case; that the deceased had died a natural death; that the petitioner was the driver of the truck in which Sona Singh (since deceased), who was a cleaner in the truck, was found dead on the back side seat of the driver and that as per the postmortem report, no poisonous substance was detected. He further submits that the date of alleged occurrence was 03.09.2016; the viscera was sent after one and a half year i.e. on 08.03.2018; and the FIR was registered on 05.06.2019 and that the petitioner has been in custody since 07.06.2019.
