Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioners, who are parents of respondents No.5 & 6 and apprehending threat to their lives and liberty at their hands and seeks protection from them.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioners have already made representation dated 05.11.2018 (Annexure P4) to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, but no action action has been taken thereon till date.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Ashok Kumar Singla, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.
