HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the orders dated 07.05.2021, 21.06.2021 and 30.07.2021 (Annexures P-8 to P-10, respectively). Further prayer has been made to issue a writ of mandamus and stay the operation of impugned order(s)/recovery, if any, during the pendency of the writ petition and direct the respondents that a high level committee be appointed to look into the matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, who is appearing through video conferencing, submits that the present petition may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
