On being confronted with the fact that the order of summoning would be a revisable order before the Court of Sessions, Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition so as to first approach the Court of Sessions against the order of summoning and without prejudice to his right to seek quashing of the complaint in question at an appropriate stage.

Disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
