       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.188 dated 19.07.2021, under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, registered at Police Station Beas, District Amritsar. Vide order dated 05.08.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
