After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition, however, he has prayed that a direction be issued to the Trial Court to expedite the trial. The present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. The Trial Court is directed to give short adjournments for the purpose of examining the prosecution witnesses. The State shall cause appearance of remaining PWs in the Court on each and every date of hearing. The counsel shall not ask for adjournment without any justifiably reason. The trial be preferably completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
