Application stands allowed.

Main case Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.152 dated 18.5.2021, registered under Sections 376-D, 323, 506 IPC (Section 420 IPC added later on), at Police Station Punhana, District Nuh. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is behind bars since 24.6.2021. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that in all there are 8 prosecution witnesses, out of which 7 witnesses stands examined and the next date before the trial Court is 14.2.2022.

CRM-M-31098-2021 (O&M) -2In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel, it is apparent that the trial is virtually over and no ground for the grant of bail to the petitioner is made out.

In view of the same, the present petition is disposed of with a request to learned trial Court to expedite the trial of the case and conclude the same at the earliest.
