(Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of impugned order dated 02.08.2018 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh whereby maintenance granted to the respondent has been upheld; and order dated 02.04.2018 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chandigarh in complaint No. 216 of 2017 dated 10.08.2017 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. titled as 'Neelam Rani vs. Sukhdev Raj' (Annexure P-3) whereby interim maintenance of Rs.6,000/- p.m. has been granted to the respondent-wife. Learned counsel for the respondent-wife, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has expired on 29.07.2024. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent-wife, nothing survives in the present petition and same is disposed of.
