    The tenant/petitioners assails the correctness of the order passed by the learned Appellate Authority while assessing the amount of mesne profit payable by him for the use and occupation of the premises. The learned Rent Controller vide an order dated 11.12.2020 ordered the eviction of the petitioners. They filed the appeal along with a prayer for grant of interim protection. The Appellate Authority, after considering the material available on record, stayed the dispossession subject to the payment of mesne profit @ Rs.7550/- per month, for the use and occupation of premises. It has come on record that the mesne profit of the adjoining shop to the tenanted premises has been assessed by the Court @ Rs.15,000/- per month. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground to interfere with the impugned order is made out.

Hence, dismissed.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
