(Oral) Learned State counsel (on instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh) has brought to the notice of this Court that the complaints made by the petitioner have been looked into and one cross case in FIR No. 27 dated 25.02.2022 under Sections 452,323,506,148,149 of IPC at Police Station City 2 Khanna, District Ludhiana has been registered in which after carrying out of investigation, challan (final report) has been put up by the police. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition be disposed of having become infructuous. Disposed of having become infructuous.
