**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 48 dated 30.5.2018 registered at Police Station City-1, Mansa, District Mansa under Sections 304-B, 498-A IPC.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is the mother-in-law who is 73 years old and challan has been presented and trial would take time and she is in custody since 31.5.2018. Counsel further submits that allegations are that the daughter-in-law was beaten but there is no MLR nor there was previous complaint.
Investigation is over. The petitioner is 73 years old. The trial would take time. There are no specific incident attributed to the petitioner. There is no previous complaint.
