RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for complainant-Shalu Malik, has filed Vakalatnama, on his own, though she has not been impleaded as party. The same is taken on record. Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Kulwinder Grover, in case FIR No. 271 dated 21.11.2018 under Section 306 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, District Bathinda.

On instructions from ASI Sukhmander Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 06.12.2018, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
