The learned counsel for the State submits that an inquiry has been conducted on the complaint and the allegations levelled in the complaint have been found to be false.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

However, a copy of the inquiry report be supplied to the counsel for the petitioner forthwith.
