Learned State counsel submits that the charges in this case have been framed on 03.10.2022 and the case is now fixed for prosecution evidence, in view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition to take all pleas at the appropriate stage in accordance with law, however, prays for a direction to the trial Court to decide the case in a time bound manner. 2.
