(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of appropriate directions to respondent No.2 to decide and take legal action against the private respondents on the representation dated 19.11.2018 (Annexure P-4), which is still pending, upon which no action has been taken and to register the cross-case in FIR No.0075 dated 13.10.2018 under Sections 307/34 IPC with Police Station Nurmehal, District Jalandhar. The learned counsel for the State submits that the complaint/representation of the petitioner dated 19.11.2018 (Annexure P-4) has already been dealt with and has been consigned to the office. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. However, the petitioner, if so aggrieved, he is at liberty to avail his alternative remedies in accordance with the law.
