***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Pursuant to order dated 01.06.2023, State has verified the averments made in the application and has informed that the marriage of petitioner's cousin sister is to be solemnized in Uttar Pradesh on 03.06.2023. Having regard to the fact that the marriage is not of any member of the immediate family of the petitioner and also that it may not be feasible for the petitioner to attend the marriage tomorrow i.e. 03.06.2023 in Uttar Pradesh due to paucity of time, as the petitioner would also be required to furnish bail bonds, the petition does not deserve to be accepted and as such, is dismissed.
