H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned state counsel has contended that as per order dated 17.9.2016 passed by the trial Court, Dr. S.K. Dhattarwal, has admitted the genuineness and correctness of document pertaining to opinion of Medical Board constituted by PGIMS Rohtak, in compliance of directions issued by this Court. In that way the application under Section 294 (3) Cr.P.C. has been disposed of. A copy of that order has been placed on file.

It being so, the present revision petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
