(ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/ 227 of Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider her claim for adjustment/rejoining in respondent-College under the Adjustment of Displaced Lecturers as per letters dated 13.07.2018 and 16.09.2019 (Annexures P-7 and P-9 respectively) as well as in view of instructions dated 17.09.2019 (Annexure P-10), orders contained at Annexures P-11, P-12 and P-13.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation dated18.09.2019 (Annexure P-15) be decided by passing a speaking order by the competent authority. 3.

In the premise, without commenting on the merits of averments contained in the writ petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to objectively consider the representation dated 18.09.2019 (Annexure P-15) of the petitioner and decide the same by passing a speaking order in accordance with law.
