[The aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in virtual Court] Members of Petitioner-Association are allottees of 'Purab Premium Apartments", a group housing project launched by GMADA in Sector 88,Mohali. They were issued letters of allotment/ offer of possession in June,2016, allegedly without provisions of basic amenities like water, electricity, sewage and other incomplete developmental works. Such developmental works are allegedly still hanging fire due to conflict between GMADA and private contractors. In this backdrop, grievance of the petitioner-Association is that Estate Officer (H),GMADA-respondent no.4 has issued Public Notice dated 1.6.2020 (P-11 to P-13) advising the member-Allottees to deposit maintenance charges, failing which warranted action would be RAJINDER PARSHAD JOSHI 2020.10.15 10:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP 13600/2020 (O&M) initiated. This demand is resisted by the Petitioner-Association being not sustainable. Hence the present petition seeking quashing of said Demand Notices (P-11 to P-13) and further to direct the respondents not to take any coercive action against the allottees during the pendency of the writ petition.

After arguing for sometime learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach Real Estate Regulatory Authority,Punjab for appropriate relief in accordance with law.
