*** Sudhir Mittal, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that reply of respondents No. 6 and 8 has been received and enquiry is in progress. The prayer in the writ petition is for directing the official respondents to take action against respondents No. 6 to 8 for unauthorizedly selling land belonging to the Gram Panchayat.
