***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of time bound direction to learned Trial Court, to decide the civil suit i.e. CS/1325/2020, titled 'Sulekha D. Gulani Vs. Anil D. Gulani and another' in an expeditious manner.

The direction is sought in the suit, which was instituted in the year 2020 and that too at a place like Gurugram. The total pendency before the Court concerned, as such, is not evident. In the given circumstances, no such direction can be given. Further, while making submissions, the counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that an application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC, is pending adjudication before learned Trial Court. Also, he has brought to the notice of the Court that an application has been filed for passing an order on the said application, which is still pending before learned Trial Court. In the given circumstances, learned Trial Court is requested to take into consideration the submissions aforesaid and proceed further appropriately.

In view of the aforesaid terms, the present revision petition stands disposed of.
