(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for setting aside the order dated 16.05.2020 (Annexure P4) passed by Shri Vishal ACJM Nuh in CM No39/2020 filed on 16.05.2020 under section 98 Cr.P.C. as well as order dated 14.07.2020 (Annexure P1) passed by Shri Mohit Aggarwal ASJ Nuh in Criminal Appeal No.20 of 2020 titled as Bir Singh v/s Randhir and another.

No ground is made out to interfere in the impugned orders which are well reasoned. The date of birth of the alleged minor is 08.07.2002 and as on date she is a major. After attaining majority the minor cannot be compelled to live with the petitioner. The petition is dismissed.
