Present appeal pertains to the year 2005. On 14.10.2024 the following order was passed:

" None has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent. Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has no instructions in the matter. In view thereof, let notice be issued to the parties, returnable 29.01.2025.

To be heard along with RSA-3692-2000."

As per office report, the sole appellant has been served through the Manager. The respondent also stands served. However, none has put in appearance on their behalf.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
