Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.4, who is father of petitioner, is intending to marry petitioner against her wishes to which petitioner is not agreeing. She moved application to this effect to Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda. Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined the relief claimed in this petition only to the extent that Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda be directed to take appropriate action on representation Annexure P-1 of petitioner to the extent that the petitioner may not be compelled to marry any person against her wishes.

In view of his submission, this petition is disposed of with direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda to look into the grievance of petitioner as put forth by her counsel and to ensure that in the event of petitioner intimating the police regarding her marriage against her wishes with someone at the instance of respondent No.4, appropriate action be taken.
