(Oral) Learned counsel for the State has produced the affidavit of the Superintendent, Modern Central Jail, Faridkot, to show that the petitioner had completed his sentence on 3.12.2014, which is taken on record and a copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.
After perusing the aforementioned affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition. Ordered accordingly.
