By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to renew the arms license.

State counsel has placed on record a printout of the whatsapp messages, received from the SDM, Jhajjar, which is taken on record. He submits that petitioner's application is not available in the offline record with the SDM, Jhajjar.

In view thereof, let the petitioner apply before the competent authority for the renewal of the driving license afresh, along with requisite charges, etc. within a fortnight from today.
