(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance direction to official respondents to conduct fair investigation in case FIR No. 246 dated 07.05.2022 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC (324, 307 IPC added later on) at Police Station Pundri, District Kaithal.

Notices served upon the official respondents through the State's counsel. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied in case directions may be issued to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 10.05.2022 (Annexure P-5) in a time bound manner. The prayer being innocuous is not opposed by the learned State counsel. Given above, the present petition is disposed of by issuing direction to respondent No. 2-Director General of Police, Haryana to decide representation dated 10.05.2022 (Annexure P-5) himself or by delegating power to any officer not below the rank of Inspector General of Police by passing a speaking and reasoned order within 20 working days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, the grievance of the petitioner still exists, she shall be at liberty to avail legal remedy in accordance with law including approaching this Court.
