CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN Present:- Mr. Mohan Singh Chauhan, Advocate for the petitioner. *** Complainant Kiran Rani had moved an application to the police alleging therein that she was married with Surender Kumar on 19.11.2005. At that time her father had spent considerable amount giving handsome dowry. Those dowry articles were entrusted to her husband and his family members for handing over the same to the complainant but they committed criminal breach of trust in that regard and rather maltreated and harassed her so as to force her to bring more dowry articles. She had given birth to a daughter on 22.5.2007 at her parental house but no one from her in-laws family visited her. She had returned to the matrimonial home but there was no improvement in the behaviour of her husband and in-laws. Ultimately she returned to her parental house on 4.7.2008. Formal F.I.R. was registered against her husband Surender Kumar, father-in-law Shish Ram and mother-in-law Ved Kaur. CRR No. 3526 of 2015 sent up to face trial. The trial ended in their acquittal vide judgment dated 9.7.2013 passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bhiwani. The said judgment was challenged by the complainant by way of filing appeal but that appeal was also dismissed by Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani vide judgment dated 6.6.2015.

Feeling aggrieved, she has approached this Court by way of filing the present Criminal Revision Petition praying that such petition be accepted, the impugned judgments passed by the Courts below be set aside and accused be convicted and sentence.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner besides going through the record.

The judgments passed by the Courts below are well reasoned, based on proper appreciation of evidence and correct interpretation of law. There is no illegality or infirmity therein which might have caused the interference of this Court while exercising revisional jurisdiction. The Criminal Revision Petition is without merits and is dismissed accordingly.
